Try our Yin Yoga with Pilates Fusion Thursdays at 8.00PM class to see how your body can benefit from the blend of restorative yoga and gentle power core exercises integrated into the sequence of asanas.  For all levels! Pay first for 8 classes.  Maximum 10 people per class.   ABOUT THE CLASS: This class will be a little of all my favourites. Using the physiotherapist approach to fitness of Pilates and the stretching and relaxation gifts of Yin Yoga, we will balance the physical body. Postural concerns, muscular imbalances, tension and restricted movement will all be addressed in this customized session. We will gently and effectively learn how to strengthen our deep core muscles and spinal stabilizing muscles with deep breath work. There will be plenty of options and modifications, so each individual will get the most out of their time. Here, you will be empowered with the tools to heal, while strengthening and elongating your body. Beginner, intermediate levels welcomed, held at Sweetgrass.
